Careers

A new medium is arriving for how people work with technology. We intend to be one of its authors, not the audience.

Every era of computing gets defined by its interface. The last twenty years belonged to the touchscreen. Now AI is here, and we still operate it through the old era’s interface. Our starting move is AI glasses for travellers: travel is where the new medium is at its most obvious, and it is our wedge, not our destination.

We are AI-native. AI is not a tool we occasionally reach for; it is how every function in this company runs, and everyone here works with it daily. Join us and you’ll see what the future of work looks like from the inside, years early.

We like doers: ambitious about where this goes, down to earth about what it takes to get there. If you want a defined lane, a slow pace, and big-company comfort, this is not the place. If you want to own outcomes and try things that haven’t been done, read on.

Marketing Executive

Full-time · Singapore

Every company has a story. Your job is to tell ours, and make it heard.

Marketing today is run by the founders, with AI. You take it over and make it yours: brand, content, social, website, email, paid. You join ahead of our first global consumer launch, so your first months here will be the loudest this company has ever been.

Two things make the role unusual. You inherit a working system, not a blank page: the brand is ratified, the voice is defined, the tooling is built. And you’ll run marketing the AI-native way: AI drafts, researches, and produces alongside you, so one sharp person here does what a small agency does elsewhere.

What you’ll do
  • Run launch marketing end to end: the story, the content, the email flows, the community

  • Own social and the content calendar: product stories, build updates, founder content

  • Keep the website sharp and turn attention into demand

  • Run paid experiments, read the funnel, kill what doesn’t work

  • Guard the voice: we write in scenes, never spec sheets

  • Support venue-facing marketing with our go-to-market lead

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years in marketing, with work you can show

  • Writing that sells without sounding like an ad

  • Comfort with numbers: read a funnel, defend a budget

  • Real curiosity about AI: learn a new way of working rather than defend an old one

  • The quiet-competence gene: show the work rather than talk about it

What you get
  • Salary plus equity (ESOP): you own a piece of what you build

  • A global launch on your record that is actually yours

  • Fluency in AI-native marketing before it is on anyone’s CV

  • Founders one desk away, zero approval chains

Finance Executive

Full-time · Singapore

Finance is the lifeblood of a company. Your job is to make sure every cent is accounted for and flowing where it should, and to be the CEO’s right hand in the back office while you do it.

The work is the interesting kind of finance, because we make physical things: manufacturing vendors, cross-border payments, a government grant with a formal audit trail, and a consumer launch on the way. None of it is data entry: our accounting stack is AI-assisted, so the machine does the grunt work and you do the judgment.

At our size, clean books are trust: with investors, with auditors, with government agencies. You keep that trust bankable, and you have the answer ready when the CEO asks where we stand.

What you’ll do
  • Own day-to-day finance ops: bookkeeping, AP/AR, vendor invoices, payroll admin

  • Own month-end close and keep us permanently audit-ready

  • Run government grant claims end to end: qualifying costs, documentation, audit trail

  • Handle manufacturing and vendor payments, including cross-border

  • Give the CEO cash visibility: problems flagged before they become problems

  • Build the processes as you go: nothing here is inherited, which means everything can be built right

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years in finance operations, accounting, or audit

  • Time spent around B2C or hardware: physical products, inventory, consumer revenue

  • Clean-books fundamentals: no one needs to check behind you

  • Documentation discipline: claims and audits live or die on the paper trail

  • Appetite for working AI-first: let the machine type so you can think

What you get
  • Salary plus equity (ESOP): you own a piece of what you build

  • The finance function as yours to shape, with a direct line to the CEO

  • A front-row seat to fundraising, manufacturing, and a global consumer launch

  • Fluency in AI-native finance operations before it is on anyone’s CV

Technical Program Manager, Hardware

Full-time · Singapore

Our AI glasses are leaving the bench. Your job is to take ORA from engineering builds into production and real-world use, and keep it moving when something goes wrong.

You own the hardware programme, working directly with our CEO, CTO, engineers and manufacturing partners in China. Some days you’re at the bench with an engineer, working through a failing test. Other days you’re speaking with a factory in Mandarin, weighing a proposed workaround, or getting glasses ready for their first visitors.

Our engineers lead the design and the architecture; you turn their decisions into a product we can confidently put into customers’ hands. You join while those decisions can still shape how ORA is built, tested and delivered.

What you’ll do
  • Own the schedule through EVT, DVT and PVT: clear milestones, acceptance criteria, risks surfaced early

  • Work directly with manufacturing and firmware partners: scope, owners, deadlines, follow-through

  • Keep hardware, firmware and apps moving together, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi integration included

  • Make the trade-off calls with the team: change the design, accept the workaround, or move the date

  • Drive test plans and defect triage, and keep firmware releases tested, traceable and recoverable

  • Get glasses production- and venue-ready: factory test, yield, certification, then field feedback into development

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years delivering hardware (5+ preferred), including a consumer device taken into mass production with a contract manufacturer

  • A software engineering background: you can flash a build, read device logs, script a test

  • Fluency with build stages, test plans and defect triage, and a schematic or BOM doesn’t scare you

  • Fluent Mandarin and English, spoken and written: you’ll use both with our partners in China

  • Judgement when quality, cost and deadlines compete, and the persistence to see the call through

  • Based in Singapore with the team, and happy to travel regularly to factories and deployment sites

What you get
  • A product people wear, from the engineering bench to the factory to the first venues

  • Ownership of a substantial part of the programme, with direct access to the founders and engineers

  • A real say in how ORA gets built, and how we run as a hardware company as we grow

  • Fluency in AI-native programme management before it is on anyone’s CV
